Modernisation Projects & Repair
SES provides site & lift shaft surveys for OEMs at pre-tender stage, including advising on suitable configurations for modifications to existing lift shafts, including additional steel or masonry structures to facilitate and reinforce new elevator installations. These works are carried out in coordination with OEMs and based on structural engineering advice and certification to ensure compliance and safety.
